Joe Heneghan, Owner of Heneghan, White, Cutting & Rice Insurance Agency has been in the insurance business as an agent, broker, producer, and now agency owner, since 1982. Joe has a Bachelors degree from Eastern Illinois University and has been involved in a multitude of church, civic, and professional organizations for many years.
